Team Structure

Leaders of full and supporting partners are invited to join the executive Steering Group, which meets once a term and has strategic oversight of the Cheltenham Education Partnership.

One full partner (the University of Gloucestershire) provides the Chair. Graham Parton (Head of School of Education at UoG) takes this role.

One full partner (the University of Gloucestershire) acts as the CEP Account Holder.

The Coordinator attends the CEP Steering Group meetings and reports back on the Programme of Activities.

Partnership ‘champions’ from each full partner and some supporting partners are invited to join the CEP Operations Group, which meets every 4-6 weeks to plan the Programme of Activities. Meetings are chaired by the CEP Coordinator.

Members act as conduits for information to their school/organisation and liaise with their colleagues over hosting or attending events and inviting appropriate students to attend.
